Implementing European Union and World Good Practices

The main objective of the training in Bulgaria is to present Good European and World Practices in protecting endangered local vine varieties. Participants in the event will have the opportunity to work, share experiences and knowledge and help protect the endangered vine varieties. During the training, you will have the opportunity to make contacts with colleagues from the wine industry and wine-growing, as well as with institutions at local, regional and national level. This in turn can lead to future relationships and partnerships. The training is a kind of platform for cooperation and partnership between industry representatives, local and national institutions and all stakeholders in the cross-border region.

The event will be held from 14.10.2019 to 16.10.2019 in Training Center with address 9 Georgi Izmirliev St., floor 3, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. The group will consist of an equal number of Greek and Bulgarian participants: winemakers, NGOs, local, regional and national authorities, representatives of local and national media.

It is planned to organize wine dinners to present traditional local varieties.
